How To Make Your Own Stress Balls

Whether they’re for you, or your kids, stress balls are super-easy to make. They’re a great way to help your kids strengthen their hands too in preparation for writing at school. You will need a balloon, a filling (flour, oats, rice, or cornflour), and some scissors.

  1. Stretch out your balloon

  2. Add a little tube or funnel into the neck to fill

  3. Pour in your filling - a good few handfuls to get to palm size

  4. Remove the funnel and tie

  5. Cut off the excess rubber

  6. And squeeze!
