How To Make Your Own Stress Balls
Whether they’re for you, or your kids, stress balls are super-easy to make. They’re a great way to help your kids strengthen their hands too in preparation for writing at school. You will need a balloon, a filling (flour, oats, rice, or cornflour), and some scissors.
Stretch out your balloon
Add a little tube or funnel into the neck to fill
Pour in your filling - a good few handfuls to get to palm size
Remove the funnel and tie
Cut off the excess rubber
And squeeze!
