Parent List is a free platform designed to help Mums and Dads to alleviate overwhelm, with helpful checklist-based information that’s easy for you to use and take in.

Take a moment for yourself with 5 to 15-minute guided movement or meditation, and short breathing techniques to balance, calm and re-energise.

The content we create is not only simplified to help you achieve that balance; it’s also presented as a mix of practical and serious, and playful and light-hearted. Providing what you need, when you need it.

Thinking on your feet is a necessity in parenting in order to overcome challenges daily. This is why we pride ourselves on being creative, assertive, intelligent and considerate when it comes to creating easily digestible content, delivering it to you through a seamless platform.

Being responsible for children is mentally and physically demanding, but is there anything more wonderful? Through our actions and our content, our aim is to ensure that when things are at their most gruelling, we are reminded of the positive, optimistic and heartfelt moments that are gifted to us in everything we do.

Your health and wellbeing, happiness and sense of fulfilment are what matters most to us. Our content is focused on helping you manage the mental load of parenting, whether that’s an everyday task or a big decision.
