What to pack in your hospital bag

There are thousands and thousands of online searches per month about what to pack in your hospital bag. So, if you're pregnant and planning to give birth in hospital, we hope you find the essentials you need in this list.

For you

  1. Your maternity notes

  2. Birth plan, if you have one

  3. Water bottle, drinks and snacks

  4. Spare clothes

  7. Flip flops, sliders or slippers

  8. Socks

  9. Underwear - the bigger the knickers the better!
